Online Customer Portal
Forestlink’s online customer portal gives forest managers full visibility of log movements in their forest. Real time stocks, daily running sheets, scheduled pick up times and carriers, electronic docket tracking and online bush docket PODs are all available on our online customer portal. Our software development is ongoing, we are continuously launching new features and add-ons to increase truck efficiencies and provide the best data to our customers. We aim to collaborate directly with our customers during this development to ensure that our software solutions are tailored to meet all their requirements.
Daily Truck Plan
Truck plans for all crews are available on the customer portal under the ‘Today Plan’ and ‘Tomorrow Plan’ tabs. These show the full truck plan for the day by truck number, destination, and total volume for the day. The ‘Tomorrow Plan’ is visible once trucks have been allocated, giving visibility of truck movements for the following day.
Real-time Docket Tracking
The key part to the customer portal is the ability for real time docket tracking from the forest to the end user, through this we can see which docket a truck has, grades and destination. Once the truck weighs at the weighbridge a receipt is also available online, our system reads the relevant information, and this is available in real time.
Customer Portals can be tailored to fit the needs or show the required data of all our customers.
